Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support fundraising and marketing initiatives through data management, reporting, and audience segmentation. Working closely with senior analytics professionals, this role will help ensure data accuracy, deliver actionable insights, and support multi-channel outreach strategies that drive engagement, acquisition, and retention efforts. Candidates with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel experience will be highly considered.
Must Haves
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
Experience working with large datasets and managing complex information
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Experience supporting reporting, data validation, and business decision‑making processes
What the Client Needs You to Do The successful candidate will help maintain critical fundraising and marketing data while supporting audience targeting and campaign execution efforts. This role plays an important part in ensuring data quality, developing meaningful reports, and coordinating constituent information across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will combine technical aptitude with a strong understanding of how data supports strategic outreach and engagement goals.

Maintaining accurate and reliable data systems
Supporting reporting and analytical initiatives
Assisting with audience segmentation and campaign targeting
Ensuring consistency of constituent data across marketing channels
Contributing to data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update tracking systems to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Organize, validate, and manage constituent and campaign-related information across multiple platforms
Assist in developing, refining, and optimizing database queries for reporting and analysis
Generate reports and dashboards that support strategic planning and performance measurement
Analyze data trends and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness
Build and execute audience segmentation strategies for acquisition, renewal, and engagement initiatives
Coordinate constituent data deployment across direct mail, email, phone outreach, and social channels
Collaborate with marketing and analytics stakeholders to support integrated campaign execution
Troubleshoot data issues and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality
Support ongoing data governance and quality assurance efforts
Document processes, reporting methodologies, and data management procedures as needed

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Prior exposure to fundraising, nonprofit, marketing, or customer engagement data environments
