As a Product Management Group Manager within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, or Chicago, IL.

As a Product Management Group Manager within PNC's Treasury Management Liquidity organization, you will define and execute the platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for liquidity technology capabilities. You will own the end-to-end product strategy for liquidity platforms, including evaluating current-state systems and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve scalability and resiliency, and defining a clear roadmap aligned to business objectives. In close partnership with Technology, Operations, Risk, and business stakeholders, you will translate business needs into prioritized product initiatives, drive alignment across teams, and ensure delivery of high-value solutions. This role serves as the central point of accountability for liquidity platform outcomesbalancing near-term execution with long-term platform transformation to support evolving client and business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with corporate deposits, payments, posting, settlement, or liquidity related systems
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Technology teams in a matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of liquidity and/or payment processing concepts, including posting flows and downstream impacts
  • Demonstrated experience in Liquidity Product Management within a complex, regulated, or financial services environment
  • Ability to define and prioritize product work across multiple platforms and initiatives
  • Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment across business and Technology stakeholders
  • Experience operating at a strategic level while maintaining accountability for execution
