We are seeking a strategic and results-driven *New Product Development (NPD) Leader* to lead design, development, and launch of our next-generation therapy devices.
Are you passionate about innovation in medical technology? We are seeking someone with a strong background in consumer electronic product development, regulatory, quality, and operations ready to take red-light therapy into the future.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead and Manage NPD project team including contract Design, Engineering and Quality.
* Drive the execution of multiple NPD projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
* Support transfer to manufacturing and scale-up activities in collaboration with the Operations team.
* Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and issue resolution.
* Produce reports and provide status to the Executive team throughout the development process.
*Qualifications and requirements*
* Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering or related field (preferred). PMP certification is a plus.
· 3+ years of system experience managing electronic product development
· Must have working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and software engineering and general manufacturing processes including plastic molding, PCB manufacturing & cut and sew.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Proven track record of successfully launching Consumer electronic products a strong plus
· Strong leadership, organization and time management skills
· Ability to multitask
· Excellent spoken English language skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
