About
Une carrière en tant qu'un analyste en prévention de la fraude à la Banque Nationale, c’est mettre à profit tes compétences analytiques et ta capacité à prendre des décisions pour gérer les risques de fraude au quotidien. Dans ce rôle, tu travailles conjointement avec plusieurs équipes pour assurer l'amélioration continue du rendement.
Ton emploi :
- Répondre aux appels et contacter nos clients
- Analyser des alertes liées aux cartes de paiements
- Prendre les décisions appropriées pour réduire les pertes liées à la fraude.
- Fournir des idées pour aider nos équipes à améliorer continuellement notre rendement
- Effectuer l’analyse secondaire sur des enquêtes sur les fraudes.
Ton équipe :
Le centre est ouvert 24h 7 jours/semaine. Tu occuperas un poste à temps plein de 37,5 heures par semaine. Tu dois être disponible à travailler de 7h00 à minuit du lundi au dimanche.

Ton début consiste en une formation sur les lieux de travail qui te permettras de vivre l’environnement d’un centre d’appels et connaître tes co-équipiers. Tu auras l’opportunité d’évoluer dans une organisation humaine qui a à cœur le bien-être de ses employés et qui valorise le développement professionnel.
Prérequis :
- Détenteur d’un diplôme d’études secondaires
- Expérience dans un poste de prévention et de détection de la fraude, idéalement en lien avec les cartes de paiement
- Connaissance des tendances actuelles en matière de fraude liée aux banques et aux consommateurs
- Expérience en service à la clientèle
- Connaissance ou expérience en centre d’appels
