About
Compensation Base Salary: $15.65 - $17.53 per hour (depending on experience)
Commissions: up to $13,700+ if all sales goals are met; top performers may earn $62,460 per year.
Hourly rate and commissions may vary by geography and experience.
Schedule Weekly Hours: 40
Time Type: Regular
Schedule flexibility: work 9am-9pm, weekends included; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
Engage with the community via events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Maintain flexibility and openness to change to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs.
Qualifications Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
No prior sales experience? Training, coaching, and tools will be provided.
