This is a salaried position that includes substantial commission. This position will face our mid to large size clients creating and defining spectacular events. The business has a long history of established repeat clients and a high potential market allowing significant growth and upside. These events range from large Corporate outing with over 1200 guests to more intimate events such as Rehearsal Dinners for that high energy . This manager will colaborate with some very skilled event staff and a strong culinary team that can bring dreams into reality. This facility, unlike others in our geography, offers a huge variety of activities and features for our guests, which positions us favorably in this market space. This position also serves as our Marketing arm driving sales through a robust Social Media plan, Internet marketing, print media, and target specific advertising. This position will have a chance to benefit from the strong relations that have been developed over the years with both our clients and well as the local community. Company Description This Entertainment Complex is the main hub and "face" of our organization. Inside the facility is the Paradise Cove Bar and restaurant with catering and banquet services. Indoors we offer miniature bowling, laser tag and a large arcade. Outdoor we have 10 acres of entertaining venues; Formula Go-Karts, 4 sided Climbing Wall, Olympic Style Trampolines, Jr. Go- Karts, EuroBungy Dome, 110 ft. Super Slide, Balloon Drop Tower and an award winning 18 hole Miniature Golf course. We just added a wedding style banquet pavilion for large group events. Events range from as small as 40 guests to 1800 guests. Food service level ranges from Lobster, Chicken Florentine, Pasta Stations, to fun food, pizza, and appetizers. Caring about our staff is a top priority - from health care, to salary, vacations, and having your back as a priority.
