Job Description
Beloform Craft is seeking a professional and organized Front Office Representative to join our growing team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience while supporting daily administrative operations. Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and provide exceptional front desk supportAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionallyMaintain office organization and assist with administrative tasksSchedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendarsHandle incoming and outgoing correspondenceSupport internal teams with clerical and operational dutiesMaintain accurate records and update company databasesEnsure the reception and office areas remain professional and organized
