About

Medical Assistant / Executive Assistant Metropolitan Health Group, a primary care clinic, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Assistant / Executive Assistant. This position will play an integral role in supporting our clinical team and executive staff, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care possible. Responsibilities:
Greet patients, take vitals, and record medical history and symptoms. Assist with medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of licensed medical staff. Communicate with patients about medication changes and prescription refills. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow. Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team. Provide administrative support to executive staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assistant program preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical assistant or executive assistant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
