Are you passionate about cars and helping people? Join our team in Baltimore as a Tire & Service Sales Associate! We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with selecting tires and services that best fit their needs
- Provide in-person and phone support, clearly explaining vehicle service recommendations
- Write and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Schedule service appointments and manage the weekly service calendar
- Assign work orders to technicians and track job progress
- Process weekly payroll for technicians and calculate individual commissions
- Support inventory tracking and restocking efforts
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
- Provide local shuttle service by driving customers after vehicle drop-off
This role may include other tasks and responsibilities as needed. We're looking for a team player who is ready to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED required
- Automotive service knowledge or experience strongly preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Sales experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills are required
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
