- Expérience pertinente en entretien ménager, préférablement dans un environnement nécessitant des standards élevés de propreté et d’hygiène (2 ans et +).
- Autonomie, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités.
- Bonne connaissance des produits, techniques et équipements d’entretien ménager.
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du travail bien fait.
- Capacité à suivre des consignes, des procédures et des normes de sécurité.
- Bonne condition physique permettant d’effectuer des tâches manuelles.
- Esprit d’équipe, attitude collaborative et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec différentes équipes.
- Discrétion, respect et professionnalisme, essentiels dans le contexte funéraire.
- Flexibilité afin de répondre, à l’occasion, à des besoins urgents ou saisonniers ou dans d’autres succursales que celles attitrées (Montréal-Est, Laval, Saint-Bruno).
- Poste temporaire à possibilité de permanence à 30h/semaine, 6h par jour
- Horaire à déterminer en fonction du/de la candidate choisi et des besoins opérationnels.
- Salaire : échelle salariale 19,02$/h à 23$/h.
- Lieu de travail : succursales de la Rive‑Sud (Longueuil et Saint‑Hubert)

VOTRE QUOTIDIEN AU SEIN DE LA COOPÉRATIVEEntretien ménager des bâtiments
- Effectuer l’entretien ménager quotidien des espaces communs, salles de bain, bureaux, salles de rassemblement, aires de service et zones réservées au personnel, selon les standards établis.
- Nettoyer, désinfecter et entretenir les planchers, surfaces, vitres, sanitaires, cuisines et aires de pause.
- Assurer la gestion des déchets, du recyclage et du compost, conformément aux pratiques de développement durable de la Coopérative.
- Effectuer le lavage des nappes et autres textiles d’entretien.
- Réapprovisionner les fournitures sanitaires et les produits d’entretien.
- Utiliser adéquatement les équipements, outils et produits requis, dans le respect des règles de santé et sécurité (SIMDUT).
- Assurer l’entretien des espaces extérieurs (mégots de cigarettes, poubelles, etc.)
- Adapter les priorités de travail en fonction des activités, des événements et de l’achalandage des lieux.
