SV Academy is a leading career accelerator dedicated to launching successful careers in tech sales and customer success. Through an instructor-led bootcamp and a paid residency with our employer partners, we empower individuals to enter the fast-paced world of Information Technology and Services. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will embark on a structured program designed to build foundational skills and real-world experience. The role begins with a 2-week intensive bootcamp, followed by a 90-day residency where you will apply your training in a professional environment with one of our partner companies. Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in a comprehensive 2-week bootcamp training program to develop core SDR skills.
- Engage in a 90-day residency with an employer partner, performing daily SDR activities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Utilize common SDR tools such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
- Collaborate with team members and embrace feedback to continuously improve performance.
