Als Replenishment Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor de forecasting, analyse en opvolging van de bevoorrading binnen jouw productcategorie (zoals zuivel, vlees of diepvries). Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste producten op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn, in lijn met de leveringsstrategie. Door proactief te anticiperen op schommelingen in vraag en aanbod en door operationele processen nauwgezet op te volgen, draag je bij aan een efficiënte en betrouwbare supply chain.
- Sales forecasting: je voert analyses uit om trends, seizoensinvloeden en specifieke gebeurtenissen te identificeren die een impact hebben op de bevoorrading en bestellingen van onze winkels
- Beheer en opvolging van replenishment: je staat in voor de opvolging van bestellingen en zorgt voor een optimale stockbeschikbaarheid, rekening houdend met levertermijnen en operationele prioriteiten
- Operationele monitoring: je volgt de dagelijkse werking op, detecteert afwijkingen of risico’s (zoals stockbreuken of overschotten) en neemt gepaste acties om deze te corrigeren
- Optimalisatie van processen: je doet voorstellen ter verbetering van bestaande systemen, tools en procedures om de efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid van het replenishmentproces te verhogen met oog op onze financiële KPIs en kosten efficiëntie
- Afstemming met key stakeholders: je werkt samen met stakeholders zoals aankoop, supply chain managers, team leaders, leveranciers, etc. om onze KPI-doelen te bereiken en neemt deel aan cross-functionele projecten
- Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Economische Wetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting
- Je hebt 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring in de distributiesector (ervaring in een analytische rol, forecasting of business analyst)
- Je hebt een resultaatgerichte focus
- Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt gestructureerd
- Je hebt sterke kennis van Microsoft Excel (Power Queries) en evaring met BI-tools is een plus
- Je hebt sterke stakeholder vaardigheden en bent goed in het identificeren van verschillende stakeholder requirements
- Je hebt sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een focus op continue verbetering
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands & Frans, en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
