Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business across the tank terminal, midstream, and downstream chemical/refining segments in North America. This role focuses on converting marketing-qualified leads into pilots, scaling customers, and expanding Aloxy's footprint with existing accounts. The ideal candidate has experience selling industrial automation, process instrumentation, or IIoT solutions into large enterprise and mid-market operators.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract close for tank terminals, midstream, and mid-tier refining/chemical accounts.

Translate customer needs into value-based proposals highlighting safety, reliability, and operational benefits.

Partner with Customer Success Manager for demos, pilots, and ROI validation.

Collaborate closely with Marketing to align campaigns, events, and lead-nurturing activities.

Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM.

Provide regular feedback on market trends, pricing, and customer adoption barriers.

Participate in key industry events as Aloxy's commercial ambassador.

Support the VP BD and MD in developing regional growth strategies and long-term account plans.

710 years of experience in technical or industrial solution sales (preferably instrumentation, process automation, or IIoT).

Proven track record of closing six-figure enterprise or mid-market deals.

Strong understanding of industrial operations within tank terminals, refining, or chemical sectors.

Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.

Entrepreneurial mindset thrives in a high-growth, hands-on environment.

Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a lean commercial team.
