We are expanding our GTM efforts and are looking for a senior Sales Executive to drive enterprise revenue growth. Sales Executive (Enterprise SaaS | Remote | Contract) The Role This is a remote, contract role (part-time or full-time), suited for an experienced enterprise seller who can independently source, progress, and close deals. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities Leverage existing relationships to accelerate pipeline Present and position VideoEngager’s AI-powered video CX solutions Manage full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in HubSpot Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to support onboarding and expansion Requirements 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (2018+ preferred) Prior experience with platforms such as Genesys, Five9, Talkdesk, Zendesk, Verint, or Salesforce Established enterprise network in one or more of: Banking Healthcare Telecom Insurance Education Professional / one-to-one consulting Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills Experience using HubSpot Familiarity with CCaaS, CRM, video, or AI-driven SaaS solutions Self-directed, disciplined, and effective in a remote environment Compensation Commission-only structure (25% of closed ARR revenue) No base salary Designed for senior sellers comfortable with high-risk / high-reward engagement and uncapped upside Why VideoEngager Proven enterprise deployments Strong pipeline and growth trajectory AI-first product in a growing CX and CCaaS market Opportunity to have direct impact on revenue and company growth
