The Role As a Sales Manager, you’ll be out in the field driving new business, building strong relationships, and securing commercial contracts. This role is all about momentum — proactive outreach, confident engagement, and turning opportunities into revenue. You’ll own your territory, shape your pipeline, and make a direct impact on commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities Field prospecting — Generate new business through proactive, face‑to‑face engagement and local outreach.
Target achievement — Consistently hit and exceed new business goals.
Pipeline management — Build, track, and convert a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
High‑impact pitching — Deliver compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate value.
Opportunity identification — Use market insight and local visibility to uncover new revenue opportunities.
What You’ll Bring A proactive prospector confident in face‑to‑face engagement and cold outreach.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Effective territory planning and CRM‑driven pipeline discipline.
Solid understanding of B2B sales, pricing, commercial terms, and competitive positioning.
Proven success in a field‑based new business role with self‑generated leads.
Experience selling contract‑based or service‑led solutions in high‑interaction environments.
