About

We're growing our inside sales floor and looking for one more phone closer to join the team — fully remote.
You'll be the first voice our leads hear. We provide a steady flow of warm leads — buyers and sellers who've raised their hand asking about Rhode Island real estate. Your job is to call them back fast, qualify them, build rapport, and book them on the calendar with one of our licensed agents. This is a work-from-home position. Expect 200 dials per day. You won't be cold-calling strangers — you'll be following up with people who've already shown interest.
About Our Leads
These aren't leads nobody can close. 50% of our leads are making a move within 6 months. A++ quality. Real buyers and sellers with real timelines. If you can talk to people, you can book appointments here.
Compensation Breakdown •
$52,000 annual base
paid as a weekly draw against commission •
Standard production:
8 appointments per week that show •
$100 bonus
for every appointment that shows beyond 8 in a week •
5% commission
on every deal that closes from your booked appointments

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do •
Call inbound and outbound leads from our CRM •
Qualify buyers and sellers using our proven scripts •
Book appointments for our licensed agents •
Follow up consistently until the lead converts or opts out •
Track activity and results in our CRM daily
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For •
Strong phone presence and natural conversational skills •
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven •
Comfortable with high call volume (200 dials/day) •
Coachable — willing to follow our scripts and systems •
Self-disciplined — you can stay on the phone all day without a manager standing over you •
Quiet home workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a computer •
Prior sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred but not required •
Real estate license NOT required (we'll help you get one if interested) •
Bonus if you're Rhode Island-based or familiar with the local market — but not required
