Lake Norman CDJR is seeking a qualified SERVICE BDC Manager to oversee our Business Development Center. This position is essential for driving customer engagement and enhancing our service delivery. Job Description:

As the BDC Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Business Development Center. You will lead a team focused on generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve developing strategies to improve performance and meet company goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Business Development Center
  • Manage and train BDC staff to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a BDC or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
