What Youll Do:/pullipIncrease sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs/p/lilipAssists in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels/p/lilipConducts cycle counts, stock adjustments and assists with inventory management/p/lilipPlans and implements product presentations to include signage and pricing/p/lilipPromptly displays new products and disposes of discontinued products in accordance with markdown program/p/lilipProvides excellent customer service/p/lilipMaintain company assigned plan-o-grams accurately/p/lilipAnswers phones and assists customers/p/lilipMaintains a safe work area for customers and coworkers/p/lilipMay balance daily receipts record cash, checks and credit card payments/p/lilipMay cross train to perform other duties/p/li/ulpWhat Youll Need To Have For The Role:/pullipHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred/p/lilip1-2 years of experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser is preferred/p/lilipExceptional customer service skills/p/lilipAbility to handle multiple tasks/p/lilipAbility to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner/p/lilipAbility to handle problems and facility successful outcomes/p/lilipFlexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management/p/lilipStrong computer skills/p/lilipStrong written and verbal communication skills/p/lilipMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/p/lilipPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending/p/li/ulpIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
