Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 Days/week from day1) Job Description: Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Python SQL to design develop and maintain advanced Python based data solutions Job Description: Design develop and maintain scalable Python applications focused on data processing and analysis Implement efficient data pipelines and workflows using Python libraries and frameworks Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions Optimize Python code for performance and scalability in data intensive environments Stay current with emerging Python technologies and data engineering best practices Ensure code quality through unit testing integration testing and code reviews Document technical designs data workflows and development processes clearly and thoroughly Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the development of Python based data solutions ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their Python and data engineering skills Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams including data science product management and DevOps Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to Python applications and data processing Participate in architecture and design discussions to improve data platform capabilities Conduct code reviews to maintain high quality and consistency across projects Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines for Python data applications Analyse system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency Skills Mandatory Skills:
