About

Job Summary: As our new Member Experience Coordinator you will have a dual role, assisting the Member Experience Manager in community programming, as well as assisting in retail and amenities offerings, and onsite event execution. Responsibilities you can expect are below and may not be all encompassing. Responsibilities:
​ Assist in tracking and reporting program numbers and trends, both current and past; make recommendations for outreach and other activities based on trends
Connect with vendors/partners for event needs (products, clothing, F&B, sponsorship).
Sourcing products based on event needs
Implement retail items into initiatives and events
Evaluate retention efforts for effectiveness and minimize cancellations
Develop and implement quarterly goals, and objectives that include monthly and weekly action plans
Plan and conduct a wide variety of membership programs and activities that maximize the facilities, support the cause and enhance membership experience
Promote and monitor membership and/or program growth, taking a leadership role in membership cultivation and retention
Provide hands-on engagement with participants including programming (i.e. wellness challenge)
Advise, consult and work with other departments to develop and implement campaigns and initiatives to increase member participation, within member experience programs
Collaborate with and support all member events
Respond to telephone, walk-ins and email membership inquiries; book and maintain accurate appointment schedules for potential members to tour the club
Provide all potential members and guests with an enthusiastic and informative facility presentation based on individual needs, empowering and educating on the benefits of health and wellness as well as incorporating all the features of the facility
Report retail and brand partner sales results as requested by General Manager and/or Regional Director
Develop strategy for retail and brand partner sales
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business or a Fitness related field required
A minimum of 2 years of sales/membership experience and demonstration of meeting and exceeding goals
Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Internet. Preferred Qualifications:
The ability to speak in front of large audiences
Exceptional organizational skills and be personable, professional, and hard-working
Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $28 - $33/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
