About
We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative for Texas Johns for the San Antonio area. We are a young company looking for an individual that wants tremendous growth potential and opportunity as we grow. This individual must be self-motivated as supervisor oversight is limited.
Duties:
Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customersBuilds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale Maintains detailed reports and records of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems Researching competitors' services, products, and pricing as well as market conditions Provides periodic territory sales forecasts Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Experience in construction and special events; familiarity with construction sites Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong consultative sales skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with CRM and Lead generation Software Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field a plus At least 2+ years of related experience required. Experience in project management a plus
