Business Development Manager - Professional Services Dublin (Hybrid) Permanent, full time A growing professional services organisation is seeking a Business Development Manager to support ambitious growth plans across multiple service lines. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will focus on business development strategy, account growth, CRM adoption, sales enablement, pipeline management, and bid support. Key Responsibilities Support the development and delivery of go-to-market strategies across priority sectors and key accounts. Drive cross-selling and account growth opportunities by identifying client needs and aligning relevant services. Provide business development support to senior leaders, including sales tools, market insights, and best-practice processes. Lead CRM adoption initiatives, ensuring strong data quality, reporting, and user engagement. Support account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue tracking. Coordinate and manage high-quality proposals, tenders, and bid submissions. Produce performance reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline activity, revenue growth, and conversion rates. Facilitate relationship-mapping and stakeholder engagement activities across strategic accounts. Work collaboratively with marketing and business teams to deliver integrated growth initiatives. About You At least 4 years experience in business development, sales enablement, account management, or commercial roles. Previous experience within professional services, consulting, financial services, or a related B2B environment is advantageous. Strong CRM, pipeline management, and reporting experience. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Commercially focused, highly organised, and proactive in approach. Strong communication and project coordination abilities.
