Role Summary
The Senior Client Delivery Consultant is responsible for ensuring Limetree's work is delivered clearly, confidently, and with impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning client delivery from kickoff through completion while staying close to the work itself.
The Senior Client Delivery Consultant owns how work moves from strategy to execution, rolling up their sleeves when needed to unblock teams, move work forward, and ensure quality. They serve as the connective tissue between clients and Limetree's internal experts, with a clear understanding of what has been sold, what success looks like for the client, and how delivery supports ongoing performance.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who takes ownership, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and is accountable for driving outcomes through direct client-facing delivery.

The Senior Client Delivery Consultant brings structure, oversight, and accountability to how work lands with clients, while preserving the flexibility and collaboration that make Limetree effective.
In this role, you will strengthen how Limetree delivers work today by leading complex client delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring client work is delivered with clarity, quality, and impact. You will also have the opportunity to deepen your account leadership skills by supporting scope development, identifying growth opportunities within client engagements, and contributing to scalable delivery practices.

Compensation
Base salary range: $100,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience
