Job Description Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer proficient in Python to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend architecture of our cutting‑edge software solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable, high‑performance backend systems using Python.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and implement robust and efficient APIs.
Architect, design, and implement backend services and solutions that meet the business requirements.
Provide technical leadership in selecting appropriate technologies and tools for backend development.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
Identify and implement optimizations for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Communicate effectively within the team, sharing insights and participating in technical discussions.
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in the backend systems.
Perform debugging and troubleshooting of production issues in a timely manner.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer with expertise in Python development.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable systems.
Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
