Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Design user interface components such as menus, tabs, and widgets, ensuring a consistent and attractive look and feel. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and function of our digital products. Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications to support development and iteration. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and a high-quality implementation. Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, web standards, and best practices. Experience conducting user research and usability testing with the ability to translate findings into design improvements. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design concepts clearly. Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
