“Anchoring America since 1921”. About the Opportunity We are seeking a Sales Director to provide strategic insight into new market penetration. The Sales Director will work closely with the CEO and the rest of the C-Suite to ensure consistent growth, maintain core values, and meet business objectives. This position will oversee the utility division of Grip-Tite. The ideal Sales Director will be experienced in building relationships in B2B & B2G settings. We are seeking a Sales Director who is collaborative and growth-oriented, and has a proven track record of building scalable partnerships. This highly impactful leadership opportunity is perfect for a sales professional who is passionate about improving our community’s utility infrastructure for the better, one strategic partnership at a time. Core activities of the role ● Lead strategic expansion into new markets through the development of channel partnerships and distribution networks across North/North-West ● Identify, establish, and strengthen strategic agency partnerships to support long-term sales growth and utility market penetration initiatives ● Drive onboarding and relationship management efforts with key channel and distribution partners to ensure successful integration and sustained engagement ● Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key products, including pricing, positioning, channel strategy, and other sales initiatives ● Partner with finance and other executive leadership to support forecasting, revenue planning, and long-term growth initiatives ● Lead organization-wide sales outreach strategy to improve market visibility in new markets, customer engagement, and revenue generation efforts ● Maintain and expand long-term relationships with key distributors and strategic business partners across markets ● Partner closely with the CEO on strategic relationships, high-level negotiations, and key business development opportunities ● Perform additional responsibilities and initiatives as assigned Benefits ● We offer competitive compensation built on a base salary, strong commission structure, and a benefit package heavily paid for by the company. o Targeted total compensation package range $200,000 - $350,000+ ● Benefits include retirement plan, short & long-term disability, basic life insurance, PTO, and health, dental, & vision insurance. Must Have Qualifications: ● Licenses: o Unrestricted license in any state to drive ● Education: o Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10+ years of relevant experience ● Years of experience: o 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or large-scale utility work. Experience with government work is a plus. o 8+ years of experience working with distributor networks & channel sales strategy. Physical & Environmental Requirements This role requires extended periods of sitting, computer work, travel, and regular interaction with customers, distributors, and business partners. Occasional lifting and movement of materials may be required. Travel is estimated at approximately 50%–75%, including visits to customer sites, distributors, industry events, and company locations.
