About

To build and grow a book of commercial and industrial customers across the Central and Mountain West, the full-time remote Sales Director will prospect and generate leads through outbound efforts, manage the full sales cycle, and educate clients on demand response programs. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate a pipeline through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and self-sourced lead development Own the full sales cycle from initial cold call through contract close on net-new accounts Build and manage relationships with Facility Managers, Operations leaders, and financial decision-makers at various institutions
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of self-generated outbound prospecting and closing net-new business Experience selling into commercial and industrial accounts, with existing relationships in the target regions being a strong plus Familiarity with energy markets or C&I energy buyers is beneficial but not required Coachable and feedback-oriented, with a long-term mindset for growth Solution selling experience, particularly in navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
