Springboard
is seeking a motivated, research‑oriented intern to help us build the ultimate resource hub for allied health students.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and digital storytelling. You will dive deep into the requirements of the healthcare industry and create the "blueprint" for success for future Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, and CNAs.

Strategic Research:
Investigating certification pathways, state‑by‑state regulations, and the evolving challenges of the medical assistant profession.

Multimedia Storytelling:
Scripting and recording short‑form video content that highlights the daily realities, skills, and rewards of working in a clinical setting.

What We’re Looking For
Career Alignment:
You are currently a pre‑med student or aspiring toward a career as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), CNA, Nurse, or Technician.
Strong Communicator:
You can translate complex medical or regulatory information into engaging, fluent English for a wide audience.
Digital Native:
Comfortable recording video content and using digital research tools.
Detail‑Oriented:
You have a "clinical" eye for detail and can ensure all research is accurate and up‑to‑date.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a mandatory background check.
