About

Leading the data analytics function, the full-time Analytics Reporting Manager will own the strategy, team development, and delivery of reporting and insights to drive business decisions in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of data analysts, promoting a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement Own the end-to-end strategy and quality of the analytics and reporting function Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical leadership to translate complex business questions into actionable insights
Required qualifications
BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a comparable quantitative field with relevant work experience 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering, including 2+ years managing a team Deep proficiency with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker and Metabase Experience with dbt, data warehouse design, and modern analytics engineering practices Experience in healthcare analytics or regulated data environments preferred
