The Manual QA Tester plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of software products by executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with development teams to improve software performance and usability. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities
* Develop and execute detailed manual test cases and test scripts based on requirements and specifications * Identify, record, and track software defects and inconsistencies * Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues * Perform regression and functional testing to ensure software quality and stability * Document test results and provide clear reports to stakeholders * Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and user experience * Participate in test planning and review meetings * Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
