Job Title: Data Analyst/Power BI Developer Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite – 4 days a week) Time Type: Full time Responsibilities Build Power BI solutions from scratch, including developing dashboards and reports across complex data ecosystems. Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable plans for development. Design and implement expert UI/UX principles for high-quality BI deliverables. Collaborate with business stakeholders to uncover requirements, build development plans, and execute solutions at a high level. Develop and maintain automation agents using Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate to drive business efficiency. Present complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders using PowerPoint and other presentation tools. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst in Power BI development (building from scratch). Advanced proficiency in DAX and expert SQL Server/T‑SQL skills, including relational data modeling. Hands‑on experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate. Strong UI/UX development principles. Excellent business requirements and consulting skills. Energetic, eager to learn, asks many questions, and is motivated in a fast‑paced environment. Nice to have: CCaaS experience with call center metrics, knowledge of Azure and Microsoft Fabric, and familiarity with Cloud hyperscalers (Databricks, AWS, Snowflake). Python programming and Fabric IQ/Ontology familiarity are optional but not required. Salary & Benefits Base salary: $92,250 – $95,000 per year plus incentives aligned with individual and company performance.
