Executive Personal Assistant to CEO, Digital Marketing Company, Miami, Florida, Hybrid
A successful digital marketing company based in Miami is seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to serve as a true "right hand" to the entrepreneurial CEO. This hybrid role flexes between the CEO's home office and remote work depending on needs; over the next 12-24 months, you will also help plan and stand up a small Miami office. This is a high-trust, high-touch partnership that holistically blends business and personal support to amplify the CEO's impact, clarity, and bandwidth.
About the Job:
Trusted Partner and Gatekeeper
Act as a strategic thought partner offering perspective, prioritizing initiatives, meetings. Serve as a gatekeeper for time, information, and access. Prepare briefs for meetings, pitches, and key conversations; capture decisions and drive follow-through.
Time, Travel, and Logistics
Own a dynamic calendar; schedule high-stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries, Anticipate needs around major events, meetings and conferences
Communication and Relationship Management
Draft emails, memos, and messages on behalf of the CEO. Liaise professionally with internal leaders, clients, and personal contacts; strengthen relationships and close loops. Capture action items in real time; track commitments to ensure momentum and accountability.
Personal Support and Lifestyle Enablement
Orchestrate personal appointments, and household logistics (including food choices) to keep the CEO performing at his best. Manage errands, reservations, ad hoc projects.
About You
Bachelor's degree 3+ years supporting a C-suite principal, ideally in a startup type environment Exceptional written and verbal communication; clear summaries, and briefs. Tech-savvy: daily user of AI tools to streamline workflows; Google Workspace and Slack; Excellent Project Management skills; organized and detail oriented. Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information; high EQ, sound judgment, and a solutions-first mindset. Proactive and anticipatory-thrives in ambiguity, sees around corners, and removes friction before it appears. An interest in a healthy lifestyle, Interest in wellness fitness and nutrition highly desired A "high touch" service mentality taking as much off the CEO's plate as possible so he can focus on the business
