Why we’re looking for you
We’re seeking our first Sr. Associate, People Analytics to design, optimize, and scale the systems and processes that power our hiring. As Owner grows, this role will ensure our recruiting operations can meet ambitious goals while maintaining a high hiring bar and excellent candidate experience. You will lead programs, build infrastructure, drive adoption, and use data to inform decisions, making a direct impact on the organization’s ability to attract and retain top talent.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
The impact you will have
Translate talent and business questions into analysis: performance trends, funnel modeling, forecast modeling, capacity.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that Executive Leaders and Talent rely on for decision-making.
Conduct hands-on data analysis (SQL, BI tools, Excel/Sheets) to generate insights that influence hiring strategy.
Support the design and optimization of talent systems focusing on workflow clarity, data quality, usability and adoption across teams.
You are the analytical “glue” between Talent, business leaders, and cross-functional partners (Ops, Finance, etc.)

Cross-functional partners across recruiting, candidate experience, and business stakeholders (e.g. hiring managers, operations, finance)
What we’re looking for
2-5+ years in an analytical, operations, or business strategy role (background from consulting firms are preferred)
Strong analytical toolkit: SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.), Excel/Sheets.
A systems thinker who enjoys making workflows cleaner, simpler, and more scalable.
Comfort working in Talent systems
Curiosity, high judgment, and an ability to frame ambiguous problems clearly.
Strong communication skills - able to present insights simply and influence decisions.
A builder’s mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and excited to create clarity from complexity.
What our interview process looks like Step 1: Recruiter Phone Screen Begin with a conversation with a recruiter to evaluate your background, better understand what you’re looking for in your next opportunity, and answer any early questions you may have about the role or company. Step 2: Hiring Manager Interview Participate in a 45-minute video interview with the hiring manager. This conversation will go deeper into your experience, approach to work, and views on problem-solving and collaboration. Step 3: Technical Case Study (Pass/Fail) Receive a technical case study to complete independently. You will have seven days to submit your assignment. The team will review your submission and provide detailed feedback on whether you have passed or not passed this stage. Step 4: Full Round / Case Study Presentation If you pass the technical case study, you'll move forward to a 60-minute presentation round with several members of the Business Operations team. You'll walk the team through your approach, thought process, and recommendations, and answer live follow-up questions. Step 5: Final / Executive Interviews The final stage consists of one to two executive interviews with C-suite leadership team members. These 30-minute conversations focus on overall alignment, communication, strategic thinking, and long-term fit with the business.
Pay and benefits
The estimated base salary range for this role is $160K-200K, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package
