Professional Qualifications 2-3 years in a tech position
- ideally help desk, technical customer service, Jr system administrator, recent graduate with Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field Comfort using Windows, macOS, or Linux
in a testing context Basic Understanding of technology, e.g.,
How web browsers render and interact with web applications Basic principles of how the internet and networking function (e.g., DNS, HTTP, client-server model) Familiarity with common software architecture components (e.g., front-end vs back-end, APIs, databases) Awareness of how applications are deployed and accessed in cloud or web environments Comfort using browser developer tools
