Care Delivery Manager (RN) MLTC
Bronx, NY $63$66/hr MondayFriday | 8:30 AM5:00 PM Non-Profit MLTC Organization | Contract Opportunity We're seeking an experienced RN leader with Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) experience to oversee care delivery, supervise clinical staff, lead interdisciplinary team meetings, and ensure compliance with care planning and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Active NYS RN License
- MLTC experience required
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience with elderly/frail populations
- Knowledge of UAS, care planning, and NYS regulations
