Trulite is growing and we are looking for a Shipping Supervisor to be based in our Orlando Plant. The Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in receiving and unloading glass materials, compilation of outgoing customer orders, loading of outgoing glass materials, and preparing items for shipment.  This position will arrange for all delivery of full container load deliveries.

Skills You Bring:

• Five years’ experience in the transportation of goods and material. Glass experience preferred
• Three to five years’ experience managing.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Axapta, Geotab Fleet Management System, Routing software/tools.
• CDL license preferred.

• Oversee and conduct training for new teams members 
• Must be able to multi-task, be organized, efficient, accurate and be accountable to job responsibilities  
• Provide feedback and development of your team 
• Ability to mentor and coach employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group 
• Handle ever changing business environments and departmental need changes 
• Maintain interdepartmental, general business and customer communication and confidentiality 
• Performs supervision duties in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.   
• Responsible for training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals performance; recognition, rewarding and disciplining employees. 
• Partners with leadership team and human resources to address complaints and resolve problems.
