About

Job Summary (List Format) Support and enhance existing software applications within the Cotiviti product suite. Collaborate with senior developers, offshore teams, business owners, project management, and other internal stakeholders. Analyze and resolve software issues reported by internal or external customers. Document application specifications, designs, features, and operations prior to production rollout. Execute software enhancements to improve system performance and availability. Communicate technical and operational issues effectively with both engineering and business leadership. Ensure adherence to all technology standards throughout the software development process. Explore and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes or system efficiency. Continuously learn and integrate new technologies into the Cotiviti product suite. Execute all phases of the Cotiviti Software Development Lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement. Mentor and provide guidance to other developers. Complete responsibilities outlined in the annual Performance Plan and assigned special projects. Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Required skills and qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience. Healthcare data experience. Proficiency with large datasets, relational databases, and ETL processes. Experience optimizing and tuning SQL/Oracle queries, stored procedures, and triggers. Deep understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design. Experience with MS Access, scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell), Java frameworks, and .Net Framework. Knowledge of enterprise scheduling tools. Strong written and oral communication skills.
