As the Manager Diagnostic Imaging, you will be responsible to give and maintain quality care. We are looking for someone to join our team that works hard to support each other where the patients are the center of all we do.

In this role:

• You will assist with the performance of all technologist and ancillary personnel.
• You will be expected to be familiar with all types of radiographic equipment and accessories used in the Department.
• You will be responsible for supervision of quality control within the Department.
• You will be responsible for assuring that all individuals in the department who are responsible for the assessment, treatment, and care of patients are competent to deliver care appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
• You will assure that individuals demonstrate the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient's needs, possess the knowledge of growth and development, and have an understanding of the range of treatment needed for these patient groups.
• You will be a dependable member of the healthcare team, and your relationships with all staff, physicians, employees, patient and families is of the upmost importance to the mission of customer service and the quality care environment.
• You will work with the medical staff, administration and ancillary departments in providing quality care to the patients and families.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
• (ARRT-R) Radiography
• Associate Degree
• Leadership Experience
