Resident Care Coordinator / House Manager

Castle is looking for wonderful, caring and compassionate Resident Care Coordinator/House Manager for our Birchrock Castle - Mukwonago location! Although the position is scheduled as a full-time position, CSL is looking for someone that is flexible and can help cover for open shifts during their scheduled on-call days/hours.

This position will be day time hours. Position includes every other weekend rotation, some holidays, and for on-call responsibilities.

Position Summary

Resident Care Coordinators are responsible for providing personal care services to the residents, housekeeping, laundry, social-recreational activities, meal preparedness and assistance, medication/treatment assistance, training new staff and other duties as needed for the residents well-being and facility needs.

Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years of age.
2. Passion for helping and caring for others
3. At least one year care-giving and lead experience
