Respiratory Support Associate

Atlantic Health is currently seeking Per Diem Respiratory Support Associates. Positions are available at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center, Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center, Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center, Atlantic Health Newton Medical Center, and Atlantic Health Hackettstown Medical Center.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean respiratory equipment
• Setup respiratory equipment
• Pre-use checks on respiratory equipment
• Maintain par levels of respiratory supplies
• Replenish air and oxygen tanks where respiratory is responsible
• Equipment maintenance calibrations
• Update equipment log
• Deliver equipment and supplies to Respiratory Therapists when needed
• Pick up discontinued equipment and bring to soiled utility for cleaning
• Carries out delegated patient care activities appropriate for a facilitator and communicates with other members of the healthcare team
• Other duties as assigned

• Currently enrolled in a Respiratory Therapy Program
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
