Drive crossfunctional collaboration between business technical and vendor teams

Ensure robust governance compliance and risk management throughout the project lifecycle

Manage project financials including forecasting cost control and ROI optimization

Apply advanced project management methodologies Agile Waterfall Hybrid for effective execution.

Oversee integration architecture alignment and technical feasibility assessments.

Identify and mitigate risks dependencies and bottlenecks proactively

Communicate project status risks and escalations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Mentor junior project managers and contribute to capability building within the PMO.
