Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing hospitality company on a new CFO position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing accounting staff, supporting a large ERP implementation, and experience working cross-functionally. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of 5 accounting staff, centralizing accounting and financial policies and procedures, leading a large scale ERP implementation from an accounting/finance perspective, working cross functionally to support strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance with tax and audit, supporting and consolidating the financials of multiple entities, and leading M&A due diligence. The candidate should have a Bachelors in Accounting/Finance, CPA is nice to have, 12+ years of accounting experience, strong staff management experience, ERP implementation experience, and strong communication skills.
