Job Summary Responsibilites
Design and implement incentive reporting aligned with company strategy to drive sales performance and target achievement.
Understand sales incentive criteria, conditions, and program mechanics. Understand user’s requirements, clarify solutions and develop scripts for generating incentive reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize individual incentive payouts and performance by key metrics.
Enhance and streamline incentive processes by automating workflows and large-scale data processing to reduce manual effort and calculation errors.
Ensure clear documentation of incentive programs, including KPIs, calculation methodology, and workflow processes.
Maintain a strong understanding of enterprise products and collaborate with analytics and product teams to validate product master data for accurate reporting.
Provide support and guidance to sales teams by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and clarifying incentive program details.
