About
Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Logistics, you will lead the team responsible for end-to-end order execution and collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment responsibilities for key retail customers.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end order execution and daily operational work for key retail customers, ensuring accuracy, timely issue resolution, and consistent service delivery
- Lead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategy and execution, translating customer data, trends, and priorities into actionable supply chain plans
- Monitor performance metrics and develop recommendations that drive resolution, improve service, and enhance operational efficiency
- Interpret data to identify risks and opportunities, and communicate clear, actionable insights to leadership
- Lead team members and partners through planning initiatives, ensuring accountability, alignment, and measurable business impact
- Define business processes and implement improvements to strengthen execution and efficiency
- Complete projects on time, within budget, and with high quality, holding team members accountable for deliverables
- Manage direct reports, including hiring, training, performance management, and development
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, feedback, and structured development opportunities
- Lead and support outsourced partners by setting expectations, aligning priorities, and driving consistent execution across geographies
- Act as an escalation point to resolve conflicts and remove barriers for internal and external partners

Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree in business related field
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- 3+ years people management experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
- Strong project management skills
- Prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office), including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Lead change in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment
- Proven strategic and critical thinking skills
- Up to 15% travel required
Compensation
Pay Range: $109,000-$159,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
