About

Qualifications: Be educated to Leaving Certificate level or equivalent, is essential Have completed customer / patient care courses, is desirable ECDL or equivalent, is desirable Have successfully completed relevant training courses (e.g., Manual Handling, infection control, is desirable) Have relevant QQI Level 5 Qualification, or be prepared to undertake training, if necessary Experience / Skills: Have a minimum of six months experience in a similar role in a Hospital / similar environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to use his / her initiative Maintain healthy working relationships Excellent team player Ability and experience in liaising with staff at all levels Ability to react appropriately in certain situations Have experience in dealing with the public is desirable Maintain continuous personal development is desirable Participate in team based development, education, training and learning is desirable. Skills: Responsible Excellent Team Player Excellent communcation skills Attention to Detail
