Manage daily operational support for DHA LAN/WLAN/WAN networks and troubleshoot production issues Plan, install, and support hardware and software upgrades while implementing enterprise changes under approved standards Utilize tools like SolarWinds, ARMIS, and Ansible to address network and routing issues and ensure network security
Required qualifications
DoD 8570.01 / 8570.01-M compliance at IAM Level II or equivalent Security+ and CCNA or equivalent network architecture certification Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline plus five years of related experience, or a technical/vocational school certification plus eight years of experience Proficiency in TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, and various networking protocols and standards Experience with network testing tools and environments, including Microsoft OS and Cisco Systems
