As a Sr. Network Administrator you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Network Admin joining our team to install, operate and maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot any issues, and quickly remedy the problem.
Key Responsibilities
Provides ongoing support for the functionality and efficiency of computer systems and networks
Performs maintenance and upgrade of networks including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and networks
Maintains network integrity and connectivity while ensuring compliance with policies and maintains system backup and recovery capability
Trains users, maintains, creates and deletes user accounts
Develops and enhances processes and technical documentation, creates back‑up procedures, test plans, and reports
Qualifications
Associate degree preferred
3+ years of related experience
TS/SCI security clearance required
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology
Security + or equivalent DoD 8570 certification required
Good working knowledge of network administration and information systems
Must closely follow network protocols and methodology
MCSA or CCNA or equivalent experience (preferred)
Ability to evaluate network performance and interact with users to solve problems
Effective training delivery skills
Consulting skills
US citizenship required
Location & Work Details Location: On Customer Site – USA NC Fort Liberty
Travel Required: 10-25%
Telecommuting Options: Onsite
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Salary The likely salary range for this position is $76,565 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
