Job Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring objectives, timelines and quality standards are achieved.
Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures and delivery roadmaps.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and budgets, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular project updates.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers and delivery partners to ensure successful project execution.
Facilitate project governance meetings and provide reporting to senior leadership and steering committees.
Support the implementation of project management best practices, standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Experience Required Minimum of6 years' experience managing large-scale technical projects within enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology transformation or systems integration programmes.
Strong understanding of project governance, delivery methodologies and programme lifecycle management.
Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, issues and resource planning.
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across technical and business teams.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating third-party vendors.
Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
Ability to work across multiple workstreams while maintaining a strategic view of programme delivery.
Desirable Skills Experience working across cloud migration, ERP, CRM, data, digital transformation or systems integration projects.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2 or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience within consulting, professional services or other complex enterprise environments.
Familiarity with project portfolio management and governance frameworks.
Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting business development or project planning activities.
Exposure to IT service management or operational transformation initiatives.
Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
Professional Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, SAFe or equivalent is highly desirable.
