This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to lead revenue operations across a large multi-site business and drive improvements in cash collection, reporting and process efficiency.
The Role: Lead the end-to-end revenue cycle across multiple business units.
Improve cash collection, reduce debtor days and minimise revenue leakage.
Produce revenue analysis, KPIs and management reports.
Partner with operational teams to improve revenue performance.
Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team.
Drive process improvements, automation and system enhancements.
Standardise revenue management processes across the organisation.
Ensure strong financial controls, governance and accurate reporting.
The Person: Strong background in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management or Financial Operations.
Previous experience managing finance teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience delivering process improvement and change initiatives.
Strong systems skills with advanced Excel.
Healthcare or multi-site experience would be an advantage. xyswxtq
Experience with finance systems, automation or digital transformation projects is desirable.
