Responsibilities:

JOBSUMMARY

The InstallationCoordinatorprovides coordination support for Installation regarding business execution.This is a dynamic position that includes: scheduling, inventory/materials management, fleet maintenance, field training and on boarding, uniforms, safety, and technician interface for any general administrative supportregardingconstruction projects. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes a rapport with Project Managers and Technicians within assigned branch and other departments to ensure efficient communication, proper resource allocation, and successful execution of projects.
  • Manages Installation technician schedule under direction of Project Managers,including, but not limitedto:updatingWeekly Manpower Forecasting spreadsheet;verifyingtimecards;arranging Per Diemdistribution, and completing theWeeklyScheduling sheet.
  • Optimizes return ofexcess materials,including, but not limitedtotracking and managingcylinderreturns; reconciling truck stock;andmanagingmaterial returns processbyverifyingcredit through local vendors.
  • Provides new technicianOn-Boarding;tracks SafetyTrainingprogress of each teammember;and ensuresCompany provided PPE is up tostandard.
  • Maintains GPS compliance on Company vehicles;ensuresvehicle transfersareperformed,and proper vehicle maintenance is scheduled and completed withina timelyfashion.
  • Ensuresjob sites have the needed supplies ina timelyandcost-effectivemanner by supporting Project Coordinators with purchase requisitions; deliveryand pick-upofmaterials,partsand equipment; etc.
  • Provides support by processing all materials transfers from/to inventory in shop/van;andprices out service work orders and transfers from supplies to construction and service jobs.
  • Process all paperwork necessary for business operations, such as obtaining permits and submittals as required by location andjurisdiction.
  • Performs work with awareness of process improvement andnotifyingOperations Leadersof any potential or existing issues.
  • Manage and update Standard Operating Proceduresrelating to Installation.
  • Embodies the CoolSys CARES culture (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, Safety).
  • Performs otherduties asassigned.
Qualifications:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education / Training

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-3year’s experiencein a comparable position.

Work Experience/Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, bothverballyand in writing.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability towork independently and in a team-orientedenvironment.
  • Proficient typing skills toproperly document dictation to update systems.
  • Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws. 
  • Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clean, well-lit and climate-controlled professional office environment with minimal physical hazards and noise. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate office equipment. The employee is occasionally required to reach, stoop and kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
