Transition Coordinator

Transylvania County Schools seeks a Transition Coordinator for the district's Special Education program. Position is available August 17, 2026, and will be based at Brevard High School. Position is full-time and includes employment benefits; 10-month employment term. NC state teacher salary schedule plus applicable local salary supplement. Applicants for the position must hold or be eligible to hold NC licensure in an Exceptional Children/Special Education area.
